Refund & Exchange Policy

At Koryo Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges are available within 2 days of receiving your order for the above-mentioned issues.

Out of Stock Items: If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will automatically refund the price of the item to you.

Perishable Items: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for perishable items if received in good condition, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process: To request a refund or exchange, please reach out to us at +65 6462 5331 or email us at koryomart@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or additional information may be required to assess the situation.

Refund Method: Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable/Non-exchangeable Items: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition. This also applies to sale or promotional items.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualifies for a refund due to damage, expiry, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
