💡 Easy Cooking Instructions
Prepare your cold noodles in three simple steps:

For Mul Naengmyeon (Soup):
Dilute 50g of the chilled soup base (naengmyeon yuksu) with 250g of cold water.

(Tip: For a much colder and better taste, store the chilled soup base in the freezer for 2-3 hours).

Add the noodles (180g) to boiling water and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Remove the noodles, rinse them in cold water, drain, place them in a bowl, and pour the cold soup base over them to serve.

For Bibim Naengmyeon (Mixed):
Add the noodles (180g) to boiling water and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Remove the noodles, rinse them completely in cold water until there is no stickiness, and drain.

Place the thoroughly drained noodles in a bowl, add the Bibimjang (spicy sauce), and mix well to serve.

(Tip: For an even better taste, you can add boiled egg, pear, or cucumber).
