1. Jajang Kuk Soo (짜장국수) – 900g
Perfect for making Korean Jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles). The noodles are thick enough to hold rich, savory black bean sauce but soft and chewy for a satisfying bite.

🥄 Simple Recipe – Korean Jjajangmyeon: Ingredients:

Jajang Kuk Soo noodles

1 pack jjajang sauce (black bean paste)

Diced pork or beef, onion, zucchini, and potato

Cooking oil, water, optional sugar

Instructions:

Cook noodles in boiling water for 5–6 minutes, then rinse in cold water and drain.

Stir-fry diced meat and vegetables in oil.

Add jjajang paste and a little water. Simmer until thickened.

Serve the sauce over the cooked noodles. Mix and enjoy!

2. U-Dong Kuk Soo (우동국수) – 900g
These thick wheat noodles are excellent for making Udon soup or stir-fried noodle dishes. Their firm texture holds up well in hot broth or saucy stir-fries.

🥢 Simple Recipe – Classic Udon Soup: Ingredients:

U-Dong Kuk Soo noodles

Udon soup base or broth (dashi/soy sauce/mirin combo)

Sliced fish cake, spring onion, boiled egg, mushrooms

Instructions:

Boil noodles for 6–7 minutes. Rinse and set aside.

In a pot, prepare the soup base and bring to a gentle boil.

Add noodles and toppings into the soup. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Serve hot and garnish with spring onions or chili flakes if desired.
